A Quick notes on functionalities:

WebCasher –Basic – Imports your online sales into AccuPOS. You must have an additional user license on your AccuPOS.

WebCasher –Pro add the functionality of importing stock into AccuPOS and to report the same to the Web Site. Programme can be set to automatic polling to update AccuPOS with the online sales and the Web site with quantities on hand. You must have an additional user license on your AccuPOS.

WebCasher –Elite Supports AccuPOS Elite. You must have an additional user license on your AccuPOS.

InvoiceIT – Creates retail and wholesale invoices at the till, prints A4 format, can have different delivery address.

BackIT – Creates a backup of the AccuPOS database on line. Settings to say how many copies to keep on line. Zips the files to ratio of 5-1 and gives users 100 meg of space online

SerialiseIT – Allows customers to find serial numbers and whom they belong to, which sales person made the sale, how much was paid.

ExportIT – Allows you to select the fields you wish to export, in xml or .csv formats.

WebCasher Pro to be released on April 2010.

What does the Pro version do that regular Webcasher does not?

• It adds the stock functionality to AccuPOS. This functionality is only to see what is the days stock status online, and can be updated after every Z out only
• At the same time the stock information is uploaded to the web site to tell the ecommerce online shop what you have in stock.
• This function can be set by the user to be automatic.
• This version will also automatically check the web site to see if there are any new sales waiting to be downloaded into AccuPOS. You must have an additional user license on your AccuPOS for WebCasher to function.
